Significant Gains for Mining Equipment Index in Q3 2016

Parker Bay’s Mining Equipment Index showed a gain of 6.5% (US$-weighted basis) for the third calendar quarter of 2016 vs. comparable deliveries during the second quarter of the year.  On an unweighted basis (number of units delivered), the gain was much more impressive at 13%.   The difference reflects the much greater gains for smaller machines…
